Everything you need to know before getting started.

Your child's school must be using the Enaton platform. Once your school is onboarded, the school admin will invite you via SMS or email with a link to set up your parent account. If you haven't received an invite, ask your school's administration to add you.
Yes, completely free. The parent portal is included at no cost to parents or guardians. Your child's school subscribes to the Enaton platform, and that subscription covers parent access. You will never be charged to view grades, attendance records, fee balances, or school diary entries.
Once logged in, go to the Fees section in your dashboard. You'll see a real-time breakdown of your child's fee balance, what has been paid, what is outstanding, and the full payment history including M-Pesa transaction references. You can also pay directly from the portal using M-Pesa or bank transfer.
You can pay school fees and other charges using M-Pesa, or directly from your bank account via Equity Bank, Co-operative Bank, KCB, I&M Bank, and National Bank of Kenya. You can also top up your Enaton Pay wallet and use it for instant payments across all school services.
Yes. The Academics section shows your child's marks, grades, class positions, and full subject-by-subject breakdowns as soon as results are published by the school. You can download PDF report cards and track performance trends across terms. Enaton supports CBC, 8-4-4, Cambridge, and other Kenyan curricula.
Enaton sends you a real-time notification the moment your child is marked present or absent by the class teacher each morning. You can also view the full attendance history — daily, weekly, and monthly — from the Attendance section in your dashboard.
